You can submit drawings, love notes, or any simple designs, ideally created by a child but not essential. We recommend using bold lines and simple shapes for the best results.

We prefer a photo of a drawing or love note. Please ensure it’s a high-resolution image (200 DPI or higher) in formats like .JPG or .PNG.

Whilst we understand that if you have multiple children you would love to have all their artworks on the same bag, due to size limitations we are unable to accept multiple designs for the one bag.

You could upgrade to a double-sided bag or why not have the children work together on the one design. Please keep in mind that the size and complexity of the designs may affect the final look. Even when working together we recommend keeping it simple to ensure clarity.

Our typical turnaround time is dependent on the complexity of the design, how quickly you can approve the mock-up proof and our current workload. We’ll keep you updated on the status of your order!

Absolutely! We provide a digital mock-up of your design on the canvas bag before we start the embroidery process. This allows you to review and make any necessary considerations.

We currently only have one option for canvas bag. It’s a natural colour, heavy cotton canvas.

No, we do not have a minimum order quantity! You can order as few or as many bags as you like.

Customer satisfaction is our priority! If you are not happy with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your bag, and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Please note we will only issue refunds as per Australian Consumer Laws. Unless the bag is faulty, refunds will be subject to the returning of the bag at your expense, in which case the bag becomes our property and able to be used for marketing purposes.

To keep your bag looking its best, we recommend spot cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid machine washing or drying to preserve the embroidery.

Yes! You can add writing along with your child’s artwork. Just ensure that the writing is bold and easy to read for optimal embroidery results.

Yes! We offer gift wrapping options for special occasions. Please select this option during checkout if you’d like your order beautifully packaged.
